Parkview Academy of Virtual Education offers a flexible and accessible learning opportunity for students who are looking for a unique educational experience. 

Students participate in asynchronous learning through our online platform. Student lessons are broken down into smaller parts: introduction, lesson, practice, review, assignment, and/or assessment. Students can customize their day to meet their needs as the daily schedule is flexible since the learning is done on their own; therefore, making it easier for our students to work, complete Youth Apprenticeships, take college courses, spend time with their family, go to appointments, or pursue other interests. Students, however, are required to attend a short bi-weekly virtual meeting with school staff every two weeks to check in so any topics of need can be discussed. 

Teachers are available for assistance through email or virtual meetings to assist with lessons, questions, or problems. Teachers will respond to all student and family emails within 24 hours. The online platform also has a 24-hour academic chat line to assist students at any hour of the day.
