The PAVE is a public virtual charter school that operates as an instrumentality of the Parkview School District. As an instrumentality, PAVE has a governance council that oversees the schools. The purpose of this board is to oversee and determine the mission and plan. This includes establishing the vision of PAVE, establishing policies and procedures, managing and approving the budget, reviewing and approving marketing and social media campaigns, ensuring compliance with the charter contract with the district authorizer, and overseeing entering contacts for professional services.
